IELTS test in India – September 2016 (Academic Module)

Our friend S took the IELTS test in India and remembered the following topics and questions:

Listening testIELTS test in India

Section 2. An announcement about a seminar.

Section 3. Don’t remember.

Section 4. About the history of salt as a necessity. About ancient uses of salt and its adoption in different cultures.
Questions: filling in blanks.

Reading test

Passage 1. About the development of telegraph.

Passage 2. About human skills that are good for trade.

Passage 3. About the development of human brain.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given a table showing some information about the number of workers having different qualification levels in the period between 1990 and 2010, and a future prediction for 2020.

Writing task 2 (an essay)

Some people believe that extreme sports should be banned. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
